HOW TO PLAY:

On your turn, match the top card of the discard pile with a card from your hand by either number or suit. 4. If you can't play a card, draw from the deck until you find a playable card. 5. Use wild cards strategically to change the suit or force your opponents to draw extra cards. 6. The first player to discard all their cards wins the game.
