If you already have an account, simply log in using your email and password to access your saved preferences, parking history, and payment information. Search for Parking: Once logged in, you can begin searching for parking by entering your desired location or destination. The app will show available parking spots nearby. You can filter the search results based on factors like price, distance, and type of parking (e.g., street parking, garage, or private spots). View Parking Options: ParkAround will provide a list of available parking spots, complete with pricing, parking duration, and additional details such as the type of parking (covered or uncovered) and whether it's public or private. You can view real-time availability and compare prices across different parking locations. Reserve Your Spot: Once you find the perfect parking spot, select it and proceed to reserve your spot. Enter your desired arrival time and the duration of your parking session. Some locations may allow for flexible durations, so you can adjust the time as needed. Review Your Reservation: Before confirming, double-check the price, location, and reservation details to ensure everything is correct. You can see additional features like 24/7 availability, easy access to the parking area, and close proximity to your destination. Choose Your Payment Method: ParkAround allows you to pay for your reservation directly through the app using various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If applicable, you can use any promo codes or discount offers at checkout. Confirm Your Reservation: After reviewing your reservation and payment details, tap Confirm to finalize your booking. You’ll receive an email confirmation and an in-app notification with your reservation details. Navigate to Your Parking Spot: ParkAround provides directions to your reserved parking spot, helping you reach your location without any confusion. It integrates with Google Maps or Apple Maps for turn-by-turn directions. Park and Enjoy: Upon arrival, follow the app’s instructions to access your parking spot. If it’s a private spot, make sure you follow the entry instructions provided. If needed, you can contact the parking facility through the app for assistance. Leave Feedback: After your parking session is complete, you can leave a review and rate your experience. This helps future users find the best parking spots and gives feedback to parking providers. Manage Future Reservations: ParkAround allows you to manage and track all your future and past parking reservations.
